Antwon Chavor Gamble pleaded guilty to robbery. A jury found that he had been previously convicted of a felony and assessed his punishment at sixty years imprisonment. Gambles counsel has filed an Anders brief contending that this appeal presents no issues of arguable merit. Gamble has filed a pro se brief raising twelve issues, and the State has filed a response to the pro se brief. Because our independent review of the record reveals at least one issue of arguable merit, we will abate this appeal for the appointment of new counsel.
